Advisory Committee to Review Initial Concepts for Facilities Plan

Please note this is not a public meeting.

The Forward Together Advisory Committee, made up of about 40 residents, will meet on Wednesday, December 15 to review very initial concepts related to the creation of a Facilities Master Plan. The Advisory Committee is a representative group of residents who were selected through an application process earlier this year. The initial concepts they will review are related to school buildings and grade-level configurations, and recreation, and library facilities. Please note: The Advisory Committee is looking at initial concepts only. Over the next several weeks, these concepts will continue to evolve based on their feedback. Again, no final decisions have been made by the Schools, City or Library at this time.

The Wednesday, December 15 meeting is not public, but rather one step in a process leading to a second round of engagement opportunities scheduled for late January/early February. At that time, the public will be invited to provide additional input on these concepts.

We look forward to your ideas and feedback as this process continues. Please watch this website and the social media channels of the City, Schools, and Library for details about the upcoming public engagement opportunities. If you have questions, please complete the form below.
