During summer and fall 2021, the Forward Together team worked with construction and school facility experts to analyze the current conditions of school facilities as well as some city and library facilities. The cost estimates in the building assessments below are intended to represent the cost required to bring existing facilities up to Ohio School Design Manual (OSDM) standards (for school facilities) or otherwise bring existing facilities up to good condition based on their current use.
